1. Information We Collect

We collect the information necessary to provide our services: username, email, first and last name, game data (ELO, statistics), and blockchain wallet addresses for transactions.

2. Use of Information

We use your information to: provide and improve services, process transactions, maintain platform security, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Protection

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data: JWT in HttpOnly cookies, bcrypt password encryption, secure communication via HTTPS/WSS, and regular security audits.

4. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. The wallet addresses used for deposits and withdrawals are visible on the blockchain. We have no control over information published on public blockchain networks.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary to: process blockchain transactions, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and object to the processing of your data.

7. Cookies

We use HttpOnly cookies for session authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you log out.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time through Support. Transaction data may be retained as required by law.

9. Fraud Detection Service (IPQualityScore)

To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, we use IPQualityScore, a third-party fraud detection service. Data category processed: your IP address and a computed VPN/proxy fraud score. Purpose: fraud prevention, VPN/proxy detection, and botnet identification. Legal basis: legitimate interest for fraud prevention (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Data processor: IPQualityScore acts as a data processor under our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes. Retention: your IP address and fraud score are retained for the minimum period necessary for fraud analysis (consistent with our general data retention policy) and then deleted. Data location: IPQualityScore processes data in compliance with GDPR. You have the right to object to this processing under GDPR Art. 21; to exercise this right, contact Support.
