By accessing and using the GamesP2P platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Skill games may not be available in all jurisdictions.
All games on GamesP2P are 100% skill-based. There are no elements of chance. The outcome of each match depends exclusively on the skill and strategy of the players. The platform does not influence the results.
Deposits are made in USDT through EVM networks (BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum). Two methods are supported: (a) deposit with MetaMask connected, or (b) manual deposit from any other wallet (Binance, SafePal, TrustWallet, etc.) by pasting the transaction hash. The minimum deposit is 1 USDT. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and are processed within 24 to 48 hours. The minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on KYC level: level 1 up to $1,000/month, level 2 up to $5,000/month, level 3 with no monthly limit. Withdrawal fees are 2.5% for users with KYC level 3 and 5% for users without full KYC.
The platform charges a total commission of 3% on the pot of each match played with stakes. This commission is divided: 2.5% to the house (infrastructure, development, dispute resolution), 0.25% to the sponsor (referral program, if applicable) and 0.25% to the Gran Botín (accumulated pot). The commission is automatically deducted from the winner's payout, not added to the Reto. Free matches (Reto 0) generate no commission. Tournaments may have additional fees as specified in each tournament.
Users can earn a 10% commission on matches played by their referrals. Commissions are credited in real time and can be withdrawn according to normal withdrawal conditions.
GamesP2P promotes responsible gaming. We offer self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and access to professional help resources. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life, contact support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The platform implements security measures including JWT authentication, HttpOnly cookies, and optional 2FA verification.
GamesP2P is not responsible for losses arising from blockchain network failures, on-chain transaction errors, or user gaming decisions. The platform acts as a technical intermediary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users through the platform or by email.
GamesP2P operates under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Prizes are paid in USDT (ERC-20/BEP-20) directly to the user's wallet. It is the sole responsibility of the user to declare and pay applicable taxes in their jurisdiction of residence. GamesP2P does not act as a withholding agent and has no obligation to report earnings to any tax authority other than that of Curaçao.
To protect the integrity of the platform and prevent fraud, we use IPQualityScore, a third-party fraud detection service. When you access the platform, your IP address is transmitted to IPQualityScore to calculate a fraud score, including detection of VPN, proxy, and botnet connections. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in fraud prevention under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). The fraud score is used solely to determine whether to allow, challenge, or block access. IPQualityScore acts as a data processor under our instructions. Your IP address and the resulting fraud score are retained for the minimum period necessary for fraud analysis and then deleted.
